Hey Barbara, I am still glowing after the wonderful week of training.
Thanks for imparting all of the wisdom and for the professional, yet warm atmosphere
you created. Teaching knowledge is one thing, but building our confidence in just 5
days is really amazing. Maybe this "old dog" still has some tricks in her!!!

Now that the week has ended and I am here
in my pajamas reflecting on our training. I feel like
one of the luckiest person in Jacksonville/Orange Park
Florida. Not only did I get priceless information from
you to use to start my Redesign business, I also met
five other wonderful Re-designers who I will be using as
my network resource.
Your “road map” to success has taken the fear out of
starting my business, and Thank you for helping to bring
out my hidden talents. And I think I can speak for the
other Re-designers, by saying “we are thankful to have
had you as our instructor/ mentor/friend.”

I can not put into words how awesome the
interior redesign course has been. It was beyond
anything I could have imagined or thought! I could not
have asked for a better group of classmates, a better
instructor, a better situation.
There are very few people who I’ve come across that have
been more enjoyable, outgoing, honest and forthcoming as

Barb,
Just a quick note to again say thanks for the great
class this past week. The knowledge and experience which
you shared with us is invaluable. I was under the
misconception that I already knew a lot about doing
redesign . . . but the truth was that although I knew
some, there was still so much for me to learn. Thank you
for allowing me to be a part of this special class. I
loved my classmates and the good times we all had
together. I miss the camaraderie already! There was such
a close association within our group and I believe I
have discovered some new friends whom I will remain in
touch with for the rest of my life.
You have given me the confidence to make the move to
begin my business in NC. I believe I can have a
successful redesign business because of the classroom
lessons and the hands-on experiences from this week. The
class was great, the atmosphere was wonderful and please
let Lori know even thought the food was simply
delicious, I didn't gain an ounce!!!! Successful week in
so many ways.
You are a great inspiration and I look forward to
staying in contact with you in the upcoming weeks,

Dearest Barbara,
I just wanted to write and say that after getting
references before signing for your interior redesign
training, I had "great expectations." Well, you far
exceeded those expectations!
Even though my head is spinning right
now, I am confident that you have given me the
principles and guidelines to sort it all out. Having
lauched businesses before, I know we are all a "work in
progress," however I have never had a PLAN for my
success. NOW I DO! I also know that no matter what I
decide to do with this training, it is okay. You have
given me a precious gift--the ability to achieve
"focus." You refused to let us jump ahead of ourselves
in THE process with your gentle "...But we're not there
yet."

I’m happy to highly recommend Barbara
Bain as a trainer for IRIS. I took her classes in
October of 2004 and credit her for the success of my
company. She is a bit of a celebrity in Jacksonville
and her advice on marketing and publicity is worth every
penny alone. I launched "the ReDesign Company" in
Davidson,, NC in November of 2005 and saved myself so
much time, research, and money due to costly mistakes
thanks to what I learned from Barbara. I now consider
her my mentor and friend and continue to seek out her
advice. Owning your own business can be lonely.
Sometimes you will be unsure of the next step. Barbara
is incredibly supportive and encouraging during those
times. She also celebrates your successes with such

I just want you to know that I truly
appreciate the wonderful instruction you gave me last

instructor! I learned so much more in the 5 day class

Dear Barbara,
